Great location and good recovery from a rocky start. Our first room was disappointing—small, had an unpleasant smell, and had a queen bed despite our reservation for a Superior room with twin beds. Reception quickly moved us to a much better, larger twin room, which we appreciated. The replacement room was missing the advertised Nespresso machine. Initially, we were told that coffee makers had recently been limited to Premium rooms and nothing could be done. However, the hotel website still clearly listed a coffee maker as an amenity. After mentioning this to another receptionist, he immediately acknowledged the discrepancy and arranged for a coffee machine to be delivered to our room. It was waiting for us when we returned from dinner—squeaky wheel and all! Overall, an inconsistent start, but the staff ultimately handled both issues well. Excellent central Vienna location, comfortable second room, and good service once we reached the right person.

As a returning guest, I was disappointed to notice a significant decline in the level of service and overall experience compared to my previous stays. The most noticeable change was at breakfast. While the selection was decent, egg dishes were only available from the buffet. In the past, guests could order à la carte options such as Eggs Benedict or avocado toast, which added a much more premium touch to the experience. I recently stayed at other Radisson properties in different countries, where the breakfast offering was noticeably better and included a wider range of freshly prepared options, making the difference even more apparent. Service was inconsistent. The receptionist who assisted us seemed rather uninterested and indifferent to our concerns. In contrast, the breakfast host who worked during the last two mornings was absolutely outstanding – friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She was easily the highlight of our stay! The room experience was also below expectations. Bathrobes, which used to be provided, were no longer available. The mattresses were uncomfortable, resulting in very poor sleep quality. To make matters worse, there was a noisy construction site next to the hotel during our first night. We reported the issue to reception, but the response was essentially just, “Yeah, sorry,” without any attempt to offer a solution or compensation. The rooms themselves could also benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment. In our bathroom, several shower tiles were loose and falling off, and the shower drain was partially clogged, causing water to drain very slowly. These may seem like small details, but they significantly impact the overall guest experience and are not what I would expect from a hotel of this category. The location remains excellent, but unfortunately the overall experience no longer reflects the standard I previously associated with this hotel. As a loyal returning guest, this stay left me disappointed and questioning whether I would choose the hotel again in the future.

Dear Management Team,|The location of the Radisson Blu Style Hotel is unquestionably convenient and that was one of the main reason we chose your hotel. however, there are several areas that I feel need to match the hotel's standard. |Room|We had booked a Junior Suite with a historic view for 3 people for 3 nights, and were assigned a room on the fifth floor. |As soon as we stepped out of the lift, we noticed an unpleasant odor from the carpet. Upon entering the room, although it was spacious, there was also a musty smell from the carpet and the curtains were dusty. |Breakfast|The breakfast selection was very , very limited. Additionally, it was disappointing to see flies present area during our breakfast.|Services and Amenities|We were booked for 3 guests, yet only 2 coffee spots were provided in the room. |During our 4-day stay, we were greeted once by Winston upon our entering the hotel. The only consistently attentive and welcoming service we received was from Adi in the breakfast. Overall, we did not feel welcome by other members of the hotel staff. |I ma sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help improve the guest experience for future visitors. We appreciate the convenient location, but we left feeling that some basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality were not met. I look forward to your reponse!

Family room is big and the location of hotel is excellent. Great breakfast and nice staff. The only problem is the sockets which do not work well with my travel adapters and when I turned off light, some sockets would also be tuned off.

We have stayed in many Radisson hotels and this is by far the top on the list. We were pleasantly surprised that they had refunded a night's stay at check out, due to our flight being cancelled. We hadn't asked for it, they simply made it happen. On arrival, we were greeted and luggages promptly brought to our room. Inside our room had Viennese chocolate and sparkling drinks, all complimentary. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The location of the hotel was so central. Its only a 5min walk to the underground line. 10min walk to the centre of Vienna. Thank you for hosting us and we will continue to recommend to others.

Customer service good. Location is excellent—600m from the Saint Stephen’s Cathedral in the heart of the Vienna. Rooms are getting bit outdated—mainly from generic wear and usage. It’s decent 4****starts hotel. Parking garage is only 200m away —secured covered car parks but it’s bit pricey €50 p/day.

I was hesitant to stay here based on some of the reviews but I’m so glad I did. My (standard, superior) room was beautiful, very clean, and had a view looking right at Cafe Central out the window. You can’t beat the location, the staff is so warm and welcoming, the beds are super comfortable. The ceilings are also high in the room which is nice, and the heated tile floors in the bathroom are much appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend to stay here.

• “Chris” at front desk was exceptionally rude to us and does not know how to talk to customers. We arrived at 1:40pm and he told us to wait till 3pm or more and that “there were 0 rooms available”.|• He refused to answer any of our questions. Then 20 mins later the rooms suddenly became “available” so quick and then he also he gave us 2 adjacent rooms which were not actually adjacent at all !|• You call yourself 4 star hotel yet you have only 1 person at front desk and 1 for luggage that too no luggage trolley??|• They don’t even like to provide fresh water, tea cups and tea sachets every day. Maybe they want us to reuse them everyday because 3rd day when I called to ask for them, “front desk colleague” kept taunting us saying “You want them like every day?”|• Also seems like they have only 1 person in housekeeping since housekeeping is only available till 4pm !!|• We checked out around 6:30am and as expected they had no one for luggage…apparently he came in at 7am.|Kindly degrade yourself to 2 or 3 star hotel if you can’t even provide “basic amenities” to your customers!!|Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone
