Five star disappointment. They put us in a room in a back building then blocked our access to our room all week due to various events they had on the first floor. To get to our room we had to go up one set of stairs, walk an entire hallway, then take two more slow elevators. Very inconvenient and not a 5 star experience. I left a message of complaint with the manager and got no response. Very disappointed with this hotel experience.

Great value for money. Almost unbelievable price at Australian standards but true. Services are great and doorman both arriving and departure have been very helpful. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable (compared to boppard and without air conditioning. A disastrous experience compared to you)!

Fantastic hotel conveniently located right near the Brandenburg Gate. Easily accessible to subway, cabs and everything is close by. The rooms are super spacious as are the bathrooms. Comfy robes and amenities. Love the steam shower, that was a bonus. The breakfast was sensational. We had a fantastic view of the Brandenburg Gate from out our window, Front desk staff (as everyone else) were really exceptional. What a lovely hotel!

Best location right near the Brandenburg Gate and Tiergarten. Close to the Reichstag and walkable distance to Berlin museums and many local restaurants. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was very high quality and breakfast was a delight with almost overwhelming number of choices. The staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly the maître de at breakfast. Our room was comfortable and we had a view of the Unter den Linden. Even though the hotel has been rebuilt so much history in this place.

We stayed at the Adlon for two nights, capping off the end of our Germany trip. The location of this hotel can’t be beat. The parking garage is accessed on the backside of the hotel, but you don’t need a car to get around the city. The breakfast was excellent and lobby bar a great place to relax after a long day. The pool and spa area was clean and relaxing. Although it did close for the night earlier than we expected so check the hours before you head down. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a separate room for the toilet and separate tub and shower. The air conditioning didn’t quite live up to my spoiled American’s standards, but was MUCH better than some of the hotels we stayed at during the June 2026 heatwave. We were also grateful for the umbrella that came with the room, the heat broke with a storm on our last day and we were able to continue sightseeing despite a little rain because of the thoughtfulness of having an umbrella in the room. The history of this hotel is fascinating, I encourage visitors to learn about the hotel and its role in history before staying, it will enhance your visit.

The hotel is very well located. It's clean and the food is good. The restaurants, brasserie, and bar are excellent. The staff is generally very professional and attentive. The only slight inconsistency is at the hotel entrance, depending on who's managing it. The suites are clean, well-maintained, and practical. A few minor renovations would make it perfect.

We had such a lovely stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!
