Enjoyed a comfortable 2-night stay. The room was spacious. Fantastic location just steps from Potsdam Platz with excellent transport links. Staff were friendly and promptly delivered slippers and robes when requested (note: basic toiletries not provided). Only issue: A large insect flew into our room on the final day, which was quite startling. With slightly better pest control, this would be a perfect stay. Definitely recommend for the space and location!

The size of the room was fantastic. As a wheelchair user I needed more space in the room to move around and the room was excellent for me. The hotel was central in Berlin which made everything we wanted to do right on our doorstep. All the food we had was stunning. The quality was brilliant and the range was exactly what we wanted. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Alex on reception who helped me with many small areas. For all the staff nothing was too much hassle.

This is a really nice hotel part of the Marriot group The location is excellent close to public transport and most of the main sites that you might want to see. It's 15 mins transport to Alexandra Platz and 35 mins to the airport. Train station is a few mins walk away but mostly everything on your doorstep. We took the lounge access which I think is great. You get unlimited food and drinks from 5.30pm to 8.30pm which is a lot more than other lounges I have been to. There is also breakfast served. The food choices are limited and not a great deal of option but if your not a big eater than it's defo worth it. Drinks during the evening is wine and beers no spirits. The pool was a bit cold for my liking but ok size. I feel it could defo do with a jacuzzi aswell and access for robes. The room has most amenities but you need to request for slippers and a robe. It has 2 main restaurant hot dog place and a steak place. We tried the hot dog for lunch and it was ok. We didn't get the chance to try the steak place tho. The hotel is kids friendly also which is a bonus Overall I would defo stay here again

Great location, nice and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room well maintained. Service in the lounge non-existent and weak f&b offerings. No elite breakfast option at main restaurant. Overall, a comfortable and decent business hotel.

I had a great room with a marvelous view, good bed, ample space, and excellent air conditioning in the Berlin Marriott Hotel during my recent seven-night stay from August 10 to August 17, 2026. The friendly staff made me feel welcome. Housekeeping did such a superb job in making up my room every day of my stay. As a guest, I greatly value good, daily housekeeping service. The thoughtfully planned and prepared food in the Executive Lounge – always so delicious – together with the efficient and friendly staff there made my stay all the better. I had a very good dinner at the on-site restaurant – Mid-Town Grill.

Basically it was ok, the staff was very nice. What we didn’t like is that there were no standard things in the room: coffee machine, slippers, bathrobe, minibar was empty - you need to go downstairs to order this - kind of weird for 5stars hotel However, we liked ordering to the room - it was very convenient

It is a nice hotel, great location , friendly staff. Having said that , it is not a 5 star hotel by any means . No coffee machines in each room in a 5 star hotel ? Drinking water was provided once during 3 nights stay , asked housekeeping for bottled water and never received it. The spa is ok but not great for a 5 star hotel . There was a fridge in the room , which is convenient rather but no minim bar, again , no mini bar in a 5 star hotel ? The hotel is nice overall , except it is a 4 star hotel at the most . At breakfast, the waiter Dimitros - very friendly and attentive .

Berlin Marriott Hotel have one of the best location if you want stay around Potsdamer Platz. Room is comfortable, lobby is lively, and there is many restaurants, cafés and transport nearby. It feels more casual than luxury hotels next door, but service was smooth and everything is easy to understand. Very practical Berlin hotel. 立地が最高です。
