We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and the whole experience was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, we met a rude receptionist named Micheala who ignored our requests and did not bother to try to help. Our room was not so clean. Bedroom was ok, but there were pieces of trimmed hair all over the bathroom. We were not happy with the housekeeping services because we encountered dirty sheets twice and they did not bother to refill our shower gel for 3 days. The service during breakfast was overall slow and sloppy. On our second morning, they were out of plates. When we asked for new ones, the kitchen staff ignored us, telling us we have to wait in a rude manner. The staff overall are very very rude and disrespectful, even uncapable of forming eye contact. They don’t spend any effort in trying to do their jobs correctly. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

We spent 3 nights at the hotel for Eurovision and had never been to Austria before. The welcome at the front desk was excellent. We were greeted and very quickly switched to English - their English 1000x better than our German (put us to shame really!) - we will try harder next time. Throughout our stay we encountered the same staff member several times and she was always the perfect host. We also crossed paths with the main man in the restaurant on several occasions and he too was fantastic. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is set in a quiet residential area and is very pleasant. Conveniently only a few minutes walk from Vorgartenstrasse u-bahn station which put most of the city within 30mins reach.# When we checked in our passports were used as proof of ID and my wife's imminent birthday was spotted. When we cam back to our room after the day out on her birthday, a slice of cake and a message was waiting for us, and the following morning at breakfast we were given 2 glasses of Prosecco to celebrate. Both staff members went above and beyond to wish my wife a happy birthday. What more could you ask for in a hotel really.

The room is clean and spacious. The lady at the counter was welcoming too. Breakfast options are the same every day and there was only a limited options. The coffee is good. However, some mosquitoes were seen lingering on the food (the smoked salmon, cheese 🧀, etc...) The food should be covered so that it’s more hygienic.

First time staying at the Voco Vienna Prater, and couldn't have picked a better hotel to stay at for 2 days. The location is actually fantastic. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including one across the street. The UBahn station isn't far at all, within less than 10 minutes that will take you across the city. Not far from the hotel are also busses and trams too. So, it may seem Voco is out of the way, but it's in a great location. The highlight of the trip was the exceptional customer service provided by Predrag. Not only was he friendly and nice to talk to, he was very professional, help address our minimal issues right away and left such a positive impact on our stay. I hope IHG will recognize Predrag. The room was spacious, newer looking and feeling, and was super comfortable. We had 2 great nights of sleep and were well rested for the adventures that followed. During our stay, we didn't use the restaurant, but it seemed to be relatively busy and the menu has a good food and drink selection. Overall, super comfortable rooms, excellent location, the hotel was quiet, provided all that we needed and above excellent service by Predrag and his lovely staff. I forgot to get the names of some of the female staff, but I hope they'll be recognized too.

This hotel is located in the Prater area of Vienna. It is an amazing location, very quiet at night which is great. The staff is attentive and helpful and truly seem to care about the guest experience. The breakfast is very good; there have been some negative reviews in the past year but the hotel has really improved the quality and amount of offerings. This has been one of the better hotel breakfast's in Europe I have had. The hotel has a bar and restaurant in the evening. The restaurant is.. ok. There are many walkable locations to eat in the area. The hotel restaurant is not bad, but for what is there, it is quite expensive and there are many local options nearby. The only major drawback for me personally, was no gym but that is a personal preference.

Upon arrival at the hotel the appearance from outside did not say much, but once I entered the lobby as was greeted by the front desk staff I started to feel I was really home away from home; it's a property that offers everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay, including the fact that you can find a supermarket across the street from the hotel, and another supermarket just two blocks away. It' a very good value for the money you pay. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely stay here! We arrived at 11:00 AM and the staff gave us a warm welcome, offering a city map and storing our bags until our room was ready at 3:00 PM. Every receptionist we met was incredibly friendly and helpful. ​The room was large, modern, and very quiet despite being on a main road. The bed and pillows were super comfy, the temperature was easy to regulate, and I loved being able to open the windows for fresh air. The bathroom was huge and the shower was excellent with consistently warm water. ​A few minor areas for improvement: the towels were quite small, and there were only four hangers in the wardrobe. While the room was generally very clean, one bedside table was quite dusty, and it's worth noting there are no fridges in the rooms. Tea and coffee not refilled each day. ​The location is excellent, with a supermarket across the road and about an 8-minute walk to the Underground for a quick ride to Stephansplatz. Overall a great stay—I’d definitely return!

Manuela thank you for really friendly honest welcome and generally I felt good about your hotel staff all meant to be welcoming and I got it all. I was allocated to an amazing room with quiet evenings and the bedding was really comfortable the feel of the as sheets especially! Breakfast was surprisingly tasty with lovely apple tart like pastries however the coffee could taste better. The male waiter was friendly guy too. I definitely will remember my first stay in Austria well.
