It's ok! 😅 I mean if you're looking for luxury go somewhere else, but if you need good value decent place closer to the centre of Vienna it can be considered. Rooms are ok, you have a/c, quite ok bathroom and a separate toilet and it's made a little bit in old style. There is also a small fridge in the room as well as a coffee machine and kettle. Bed is quite ok and the room was clean. Some details are interesting 🤔 (you can check the photos), and the furniture is old style. If you are smoker there is a terrace you can smoke. The staff is ok, but they could be more helpful. The breakfast is ok on the basic level but it could be better...

We stayed here for three nights and had an enjoyable stay. A decent location close to the centre with many restaurants close by. The room was a bit quirky, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kept clean with decent room service. We arrived after a full day travelling with no sleep. Receptionist was pleasant but could have been friendlier and offered a cup of tea or a drink whilst we waited to check in. Also didn’t appreciate being told that we had a free bottle of water but would be charged for any further one. Surely a bottle of water a day would be complimentary when paying more than £100 a night? Communication was not great before arrival with messages not replied to. No lift up a small set of steps to reception. Lift is very small. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and some recognition would have been appreciated.

This is a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff in a really great location. Downsides are the shower in the room was difficult as the shower head location was bad and didn't stream water centrally so you had to lean backwards. It then leaked all over the floor so spare towels had to be used to soak it up. The key is an actual key which was very heavy to carry around with you so you have to leave it with reception. Which is 24 hours so not a big deal but annoying. The lift is tiny so big bags will have to go up separately. I would stay again in spite of these issues due to the great staff, size of room and location.

Clean rooms. We were on a lower floor to our kids, our room was well Air conditioned, theirs not so much. Have to climb a dozen or so stairs to get to the elevator.

Very good location, service is proffesional, capacity limited, no elevator from ground level. Maintenace and celaning is good, but flor is not clean at all. The worse think is that there is no slipers in the room. Brekfast is decent, rolecomended for a short bussiness stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was big and super comfortable, and the breakfast was great – healthy, complete, and with lots of good choices. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, which made everything easier. The only small issue was the entrance – it wasn’t very clear at first, so it took us a moment to find it. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely stay here again!
