I highly recommend Hotel Ibis as an excellent choice for both leisure and business stays. The hotel offers comfortable rooms, clean facilities, a peaceful atmosphere, and a welcoming environment where guests can relax and feel well looked after. I would especially like to highlight the kindness, respect, and professionalism of the staff, who provide friendly and attentive service to all guests. It is a hotel where couples of any sexual orientation can feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely welcomed, thanks to its inclusive and respectful atmosphere. It is a great option for those looking for comfort, a convenient location, personalised attention, and a reliable place to rest after a day of work, meetings, or sightseeing activities. With some improvements to its dining services, the overall experience could continue to develop and become an even more complete stay.

Checked in early and paid the extra fee, but was not offered breakfast and was told it would be an extra cost. Signed up for the rewards program, but never got any confirmation email. Lackluster performance overall.

The hotel is clean, the rooms comfortable, and the in‑house restaurant pleasantly tasty. Its location is great – just a short walk to the city’s main sights, though there is a bit of street noise at night. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly and well organized. All in all a reliable choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

The hotel is well located just on the Port easy for visiting. The room was surprisingly big but it looked unfinished the floor was loose there was a crack on the wall and the shower head needed desperately descaling. Ricardo receptionist was superb nice staff in housekeeping

The rooms are very comfortable, and we appreciated that different pillow types are available upon request. We highly recommend booking a sea-view room—after long days of walking and climbing Valparaíso’s many stairs, it was wonderful to relax and watch the activity at the working dock. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location is excellent: very close to two funiculars that take you up to the historic, scenic areas; right next to the train station; and beside a small mall with a convenience store, general shops, a food court, a pharmacy, and an electronics store. There’s also a weekend market, restaurants and banks within easy walking distance. We had read some reviews mentioning safety concerns. While we didn’t go out late at night, we never felt unsafe and were comfortable walking around during our stay.

The location of this hotel is great -- walking distance to all the main attractions and right on top of the metro station. Breakfast was limited but tasty. It can be quite busy, though, and on one of the days, the bread baskets and cheeses were all empty and we had to wait for more to be prepared. What really made our stay special, though, was the kind staff. During checkin, we were upgraded to a room with a view of the port and WOW. If you are able to get a room overlooking the water, you should because it is incredible.

Awful maintenance in an otherwise cheap business hotel. Dirty carpets, chipped doors, toilet seat much smaller than toilet itself and I was absurdly overcharged for the room. I went with 2 other couples and ended paying the sum of their rooms, and the hotel asked for more. I'll never go again and definitively do not recommend going, for the same money O could have go to a boutique hotel with a better overall experience.
