We stayed at this hotel for the first time for a quick, one-night stay. We usually don't stay in Yorkville when visiting Toronto so it was a really nice change. The location is great, with proximity to some excellent restaurants, shopping, the ROM, and still in close proximity to the heart of downtown. The hotel itself is stately and offers an elevated experience. From the convenience of the valet parking, to the lovely scent filling the lobby, to the social media set up for canine travelling companions, the whole experience is intentional and created at a high standard. We loved our spacious, quiet room. The bed was absolutely heavenly, though the water pressure was too weak for our liking. In terms of value, the price paid was reasonable in comparison to other hotels in the city of a similar standard. The pet fee was really high, though. We're used to fees in the range of $50 - $75 per night, yet we were charged $150. That felt excessive. Other than that, though, we had a wonderful stay. It would have been nice to be there longer and enjoy more of the amenities. So, we'll definitely plan to return at another point.

Parking was easy and affordable using the self park garage underneath the hotel. The staff was highly professional and very helpful. Wonderful location just a half block from the St George TTC station, which made traveling through the city both convenient and affordable.

Overall experience was not great. The management staff very nice and professional. However, my checkin was meet with a | team member that was not warm and pleasant. Guests are tired upon arrival and she was rigid with no costumer sense. Pretty run down hotel. The lobby chairs were pretty dirty and the room smelled of mildew. The overall cleanliness was poor. The restaurant staff were not welcoming and I left. You can be a four star and still pay more attention to details. The carpet in the room was dirty and there were no slippers. I was grossed out not wearing shoes…. I was tempted to change hotel but I was only there for two nights.

We booked this hotel at short notice due to problems at another hotel in Toronto. This is a superb hotel. Very stylish and classy and in a great area of the city,. The staff are well trained and the rooms were immaculate. Housekeeping is great and did a fantastic job. We loved the leisure facilities with views of the CN Tower. While there were some issues with breakfast on day 2, management took the necessary steps to resolve this issue. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

Very convenient location, friendly concierge service and spacious rooms. Loved the free water bottles at the front desk too 😂 lots of cafes and the ROM right outside your door. Restaurant food was fine but gargantuanly overpriced. A $9 + tip espresso?! One must laugh. All in all though, we had a great stay. And really appreciated the silly animal art / theme on the room cards. A little bit of personality goes a long way

Stayed here for a few nights during TIFF in 2026. Generally a lovely hotel with good food, nice rooms, nice pool with high availability. My one criticism is that they take a fairly large deposit if you don't have a credit card (which is pretty common for European visitors). On checkout they need to refund it to the same card, we accidentally had it refunded to a different card, and despite recieving the refund on the other card with no issues this apparently was a big cause for concern for the staff and they needed to do a complex re-charge and refund operation which meant I essentially needed to repay the already large deposit and hang around reception for another half hour which made us late for our flight.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights as it offers decent family suites and we wanted the space. The main room was absolutely great, and the living area/sofa bed was also decent, although the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The main bathroom was excellent. |The location is good and has good access to the underground. |Whilst we enjoyed this hotel, it lacks a little atmosphere and the staff could be a little warmer. We asked for a room with a view which was not accommodated - although the hotel did not appear to be booked out and we had paid for a suite. Instead I was offered to upgrade to a more expensive room

This was a nice, well located hotel, but I will never stay here again due to the absurd amount of artificial fragrance pumped into every part of the building. The whole building smells like overpowering horrible cologne. I feel bad for the people who have to work here. It's common knowledge at this point that this stuff is poison and there is no justification in subjecting guests to it.
