I cannot fault anything major about this hotel. The gentleman on reception when we arrived was friendly, helpful and polite. Check-in was straightforward. Our room was absolutely fine with a great view of the city from our spacious terrace. The fridge was very useful, the rain shower excellent and the room. - and whole hotel - spotless. |The pool was beautiful and a pleasure to use. It was reassuring to see a full time pool attendant there during all opening hours. |The hotel does not do an included breakfast. Instead, you take breakfast from an á la carte menu and pay per item. It is waiter served. What we ate was fine but we both felt the choices available were too limited. |Dinner was “ok”. Nothing that we couldn’t eat with some satisfaction but also noting special. We feel the weakest point of the hotel is its catering. Main courses were delivered while we were still eating the starters. |My biggest issue is the price of drinks. €10 for a gin & tonic is way too much. I think the bar prices might explain why I was the ONLY person in the bar each evening. Also, the bar lighting was much too bright - severe even. I felt like I was drinking in an operating theatre. |The range of drinks available is extremely limited. How much effort would it take to install a shelf and stick a wider range of drinks? All that was available was what could be stuffed into the fridge. I think the hotel had a lot going for it but the carrying and bar need to be upgraded.

It’s a nice hotel with great view. You don’t feel the heat that much since its windy compared to city center. Has a nice pool to chill. Rooms are okay, but noise isolation could be better, I woke up noises from the corridor both mornings. They didn’t have a lunch option, but it would be great if they have some snacks/sandwiches since otherwise you have to go to city.

The rooms are clean. While its design can be old, the facilities are well maintained. It’s better to drive because the hotel was on the hill and it takes time to commute to the city center where you need to go downhill. If you walk/ hike to the hotel, there are good sceneries for you to view, but along the way up, the view can be the same. Staff was super nice and try to welcome us when check in. Heater is working well.

My experience in this hotel has been absolutely awful. The hotel is dirty and outdated, and the service is unpleasant. Breakfast made things even worse: the cheese was sliced without removing the plastic wrapping, so there were pieces of plastic left inside the food. I just want to get out of here and never come back. Even the beautiful views lose all their charm because of the overall experience in this place. I’m giving it two stars only because Google seems not to count one-star reviews properly, which makes the overall rating misleading. The positive reviews look fake or manipulated.

Very nice hotel,friendly helpful staff. Very clean rooms ,unfortunately no tea/ coffee making facility. Hotel has large foyer, bar,restaurant and guest swimming pool. Large patio area looks over the Toledo and especially nice at sunset.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel, even for one night. The room had a strong sewage smell coming from the ventilation or air conditioning, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. The bathroom amenities were almost nonexistent—just two small bottles of all-purpose shower gel and one tiny piece of soap. The toilet seat was loose and kept sliding around, and the toilet paper was of the cheapest quality. The room itself was very old, worn out, and clearly in need of renovation. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was supposed to start at 8:30 AM, but when we arrived at 9:00 AM, it still wasn’t ready. On top of that, the staff seemed annoyed that guests had actually come for breakfast, which made the experience even worse. The only positive aspects were the free parking and the view, with the city center being about a 2 km walk away. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Unacceptable how hot the rooms were. The air conditioning didn’t work and there was a bad smell coming from outside the window. The breakfast system was not so good - you have to order and it takes a long time. Pool empty even though it’s hot outside

Amazing hotel, great facilities, rooms are confortable and clean. Common areas are big, comfortable and open. Terrace has an amazing view! Pool is great and green area around it more than enough for quiet tanning time. On the other hand, the staff that works at the hotel is not nice, doesn't make an effort to provide a good service, it was such a contrast compared to the quality of the facilities. This hotel has such potential if the people that work there were actually happy to work there and took pleasure in having guests. Despite loving the hotel, I would not recommend it simply because of the really bad services.
