I absolutely do not recommend staying here. The cabin bathrooms are completely horrific, and honestly, from the very first day of my trip, I was just counting down the days until I could pack up and go home.|The housekeeping service is equally appalling. They only bother to make the beds and completely ignore the dirty dishes and utensils. To make matters worse, the bath towels are dreadful, and the bed sheets and pillows are incredibly old, worn out, and just plain gross. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

Lovely place. Sweetheart staff and very outgoing. Breakfast included and local high quality. We stayed in a ADA room and minus the dropped shower pan, it was easy all the way around including the property. I did the shower just fine, and had a hand held wand! Knees fit fine under sink and the desk area. Elevator service. Will visit again 🤘🏽 Go for it

Excellent hotel + cottages. We stayed in 3 cottages (full family) and 1 hotel room. Cottages are well-e quipped and very clean. Breakfast is abundant and great variety-

The hotel has a perfect location, and has a covered, closed parking. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, whatever questions we had, they were able to advise. Great selection of breakfast items, however refilling and cleaning up the tables could receive more attention in the peak times. We had a corner room on the second floor, which was very cleans and had a huge bed and even a small balcony. There was a mobile electric heater, which was highly appreciated as we could set the temperature per our liking. The room was however very loud, and also rather cold due to the missing isolation of the windows. That should definitely need to be taken care of.

We were here 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The whole hotel environment is welcoming and spotlessly clean and tidy. Our room was a reasonable size with a huge, and very comfortable, double bed and a small balcony with seating. Breakfast was perfectly adequate without being anything special. It was buffet style with choice of fresh fruit, cereals, scrambled eggs & frankfurter sausages, ham & cheese, mixed breads, toast and a huge array of cakes and pastries. The only issue for is was that the scrambled eggs were very wet and runny. The hotel is centrally located, just off the main drag through town, and within easy walking of all amenities. Free on site parking is provided. We had two issues during our stay. Firstly, the sound-proofing between rooms isn’t great which we discovered when the lady next door had a very animated telephone call at 11:00pm. To be fair, once she had shut up things were very peaceful which goes to show that the issues are invariably a result of inconsiderate human behaviour. Secondly, they clearly have a issue with the hotel heating system. It’s a centralised hot air system and we came in from dinner around 10:00pm to find our room like a sauna with hot air gushing in through the vent. We raised this at reception and the lady on duty was duly horrified and rushed to turn the heating off. I awoke at 4:00am to find the hot air once again gushing in and had to go to get the night staff to sort it out again.

This hotel is well located in central SMA, offering a good place for a short stay nearby all local attractions. Checkin process is a bit slow, which is very common in Argentina since you need to fill up a lot of information. Service is ok, warm enough but not outstanding. Breakfast is limited but sufficient. They offer parking on site free of charge. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, but soon they might need to get renovated as they are getting old. Location is everything and having a good price compared with other options is still a recommended place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very comfortable, bed was very comfortable. Room 106 had a balcony which is nice to sit out and feel the air. The bathroom was spacious but needed an update. Having a parking garage was continent. All restaurants within walking distance. Over all a good hotel for the value.

We stayed three night at Le Village on a road trip from Bariloche to Mendoza. It wasn't the best neither the worst. The location is close to the the best restaurants and services of Sa Martin. The room are decent. The breakfast is good. We were upgraded to a junior suite on our arrival which is nice but facing General Roca street. However, we realized as the night went on that the street was very noisy. Though it is not the main commercial artery, General Roca is technically Ruta 40 going though the town so there is constant flow of cars, trucks, and especially a lot of old moto with engines that backfires all the time. We ended up having to change room at midnight...
