Craufurdland Activities & TreeTop Trials

Craufurdland Activities & TreeTop Trials is the high-ropes adventure heart of a family-run historic castle estate in East Ayrshire, where you clip into a harness and make your way through the tree canopy on a sequence of climbs, balances, swings and zip lines. With courses sized for five-year-olds right through to adults, and a backdrop of lochs, woods and an old Scottish tower house, it packs a genuine outdoor thrill into an easy half-day trip. Rated 4.9 from more than 200 visitor reviews, the centre is best known for Tree Top Trials but also runs archery, bushcraft, fishing and team-building sessions on the estate, alongside an award-nominated waterside restaurant. It is a strong pick for families, birthday groups, school parties and anyone wanting a safe, well-organised dose of adrenaline not far from Glasgow.
