On Waghawadi Road in Bhavnagar's Aksharwadi locality, the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir rises as a serene two-storey temple crowned by three domes, its grounds wrapped in landscaped gardens and richly worked with carvings, terracotta panels and wall paintings.
