Cala en Turqueta
Cala en Turqueta is one of Menorca's most celebrated unspoilt coves on the south coast, a short drive and a pine-forest walk from Ciutadella. Fine white sand, shallow turquoise water, and fringing pine trees give it a postcard quality that has made it one of the island's most visited natural beaches. Despite its popularity, the cove remains free of permanent development—no beach bar, no sunloungers, no buildings crowding the shoreline. That absence of infrastructure is a large part of its appeal: you arrive to find a wild inlet where the sea meets pale sand in a calm, sheltered embrace.
