My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for several days. Our service was exceptional. We cannot express our gratitude to the staff for the assistance, particularly Carolina from the front desk, who was outstanding. She was remarkably helpful. When my husband fell ill at 2-3am during our stay, Coralina helped me contacting 911. The ambulance help my husband and took him to the general hospital in Ontario. The service we received at this hotel was truly outstanding. Every staff we dealt with were incredibly helpful. The general manager Derrick and sales manager Rose and Abby provided acceptional assistant as well. We felt royalty throughout our stay. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone at your hotel. Despite the unexpected that required us to extend our stay beyond our original plans, we had an excellent stay. The room was comfortable and clean, enableling us to rest after a long visit at the hospital. Everything turned out wonderfully. We're very grateful. Thank you for your help!

The hotel entrance was very welcoming. It was clean and inviting. The staff was very welcoming as well. Super friendly with everyone that was there. The pool is nice and big and heated. The continental breakfast was limited but tasty and I was quite satisfied. The room was clean well lit. I had a nice view of the city easy access in and out of our room and hotel. Close to a gas station and restaurants.

This was a beautiful place to stay at. Rooms were clean and we had complimentary breakfast which had great selections. Free parking was included and it was located close to factory outlets which we visited. Online 15 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Highly recommended

The holiday inn express was one of the best experiences ive ever had! My family like many had been displaced due to the flooding in north St.catharines. it is and was a very stressful time. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were so kind to us! They were so accommodating and caring!! I also had my dog Marshall with us and the staff had come to know him well. It became routine for him to see who was at front desk and say his hellos. In a tough time the made it feel like home. I appreciate how kind and understanding everyone was. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!! The staff are absolute gems. Our family misses everyone and we hope to stop in so Marshall can say hi! Thank you holiday inn express for you kindness and understanding in a very tough time. ❤️🐕

Stayed at this hotel on March 14th to attend a concert at Bravo Niagra, which was a 3 minute drive from the hotel. Check in was quick. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant and organized. We were in our room within 10 minutes of stepping foot on the property. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The whole hotel in general was extremely clean. You can tell that they take the time to take care of property. The hotel was not too far from all the wineries and the shopping mall. Breakfast was included and it was decent. Staff were all very pleasant. If I could have stayed an extra night I would have. Great hotel, wonderful staff and excellent location if you are going to the wineries.

I accidentally left my phone behind in the hotel room after checking out, and the staff handled the situation with exceptional kindness and professionalism. Gabrielle and Julia, who were cleaning the room, found my phone and made sure it was kept safe, and Cosimo at reception promptly called me so I could return to pick it up. I am incredibly grateful for their honesty, care, and wonderful customer service. Losing a phone can be extremely stressful, but they made the entire situation easy and reassuring. This hotel is very fortunate to have such trustworthy and thoughtful people on its team. Thank you again, Gabrielle, Julia, and Cosimo—you truly made my day!

In town for hockey and this was a great find! Easy commute to Gale Centre Arena and definitely a different vibe than staying by the Falls. Free parking, breakfast included, and honestly the cleanest place we’ve stayed in the area. Not super walkable, but close enough to wineries, breweries and shopping—whatever your vice. 😉 Definitely keeping this one on the list when we’re not venturing to the Falls.

Great hotel for a family long weekend trip! It’s away from the busy tourist area but still close to everything - Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines, whirlpool ride, tulip farms, and more. The rooms were clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. Free breakfast and free parking were a huge plus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the Niagara region!
