We had an incredible experience at Lisboa Pessoa Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon! We traveled from Minnesota and had never been to Lisbon before, and this was the perfect place for our first visit. The service was exceptional, and everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were lovely, including a welcome drink on the rooftop with a beautiful view of the city. Our room on the fourth floor had a stunning view of São Jorge Castle, and one of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise over the castle right from our room. The location was also perfect. Very central, and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. A wonderful hotel, beautiful views, and truly outstanding hospitality!

Pessoa Lisboa was the highlight of my trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind throughout my stay. The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was the most comfortable one I slept in on my entire trip. After a long adventure, the spa was the perfect treat. The location is ideal: right in the middle of everything, but on a quiet side street, so it was remarkably peaceful for a city. And the view from the restaurant is spectacular. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Strict check in time, but able to leave luggage, and they take them to your room for you. Clean, good location. Spa area is peaceful and relaxing, spa pool nice and clean, mandatory swimming cap which they provide. Rooftop bar nice view, did not try the food/drinks

Visited this hotel with 3 girlfriends for a quick getaway. It met all criteria. Rooms were gorgeous (we got the joined rooms on the 3rd floor). location was ideal for walking around the city, perfectly central. The staff were all extremely polite and accommodating. There is endless to do within walking distance but even still the rooftop cocktails were a great way to start an evening. I couldn't recommend this place more and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my daughter for 6 nights. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around on foot, very central, many varied eating places to choose from. The hotel itself is lovely, rooms are very well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Excellent Wi-Fi. Rooms serviced daily and free mini bar restocked daily with a few drink choices and a chocolate bar. |Lovely rooftop bar which is perfect after a long day on your feet before you go out again for the evening.|Reception staff extremely helpful and very friendly. |In all a perfect choice of hotel for a stay in Lisbon we would definitely rebook if we were to visit again.

Our stay at the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. The location is exceptional — conveniently located within walking distance of most everything you would want to see in Lisbon. It is right near the convent and just steps away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and charming streets to explore. The waterfront is about a beautiful 20-minute walk away. The service throughout our stay was truly outstanding. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, professional, and eager to help. The breakfast buffet was divine with an incredible selection and a beautiful atmosphere to start the day. The rooftop views were absolutely breathtaking, especially overlooking St. George’s Castle and the Lisbon hillside. The spa was beautiful and incredibly relaxing, with access to a heated pool, steam room, and sauna. The gym is small but very functional and has everything you need for a good workout. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable, though somewhat small with limited storage space and no drawers for clothing, which could be challenging for an extended stay. Also important to know: the hotel is located on a very narrow road, and parking is quite difficult. I would not recommend having a car while staying here. Overall, this hotel provided an amazing Lisbon experience with luxury, comfort, incredible service, and one of the best locations in the city.

This hotel is beautiful! We checked in on a hot day to a beautifully cool and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We were lucky to get an upgraded room which included a balcony terrace with an umbrella and furniture for lounging. The perfect place to have an afternoon drink and reset ahead of the evening. The rooms are well styled, the air con works well and the beds are very comfortable. The location of the hotel offers many bars and restaurants close by with minimal walking. A lot of the tours leave about a 10 min walk away. Shops are also nearby. We didnt have enough time to use our spa vouchers for treatments but we did use the pool, steamroom and sauna. We didnt include the buffet brekky at our time of booking, but the hotel does offer you a discount if you book amd pay for it before end of day the day before. We did this everyday as it offered a great selection and made for a convenient start to the day.

We stayed at the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel for a 6 nights in June. The hotel, room, and facilities were all very clean and well maintained. We had a spacious room with a king size bed. The shower, sink, and toilet are located in separate areas (shower and toilet enclosed) so it makes it easier to share the bathroom. The room has a beverage cooler which is restocked daily with sparkling water, soda, beer, and candy (free of charge). The room had its own AC unit which worked well - it reached the high 90s Farenheint during our trip. The hotel has a small gym with free weights, a treadmill, an elliptical, and bike. We also had a massage during our stay (reservation required) and it was lovely experience. The hotel also provided free water. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was a very good for walking to Chiado, Baixa, Principle Real, but still very quiet. It also was very easy to access the metro and supermarket. I would definitely recommend staying at the Lisboa Pessoa Hotel.
