I did not stay at this hotel, but my family member did and their praise for the services and rooms was fantastic. This trip, due to last min, we were not able to book a suitable room at the hotel, but managed to get a room across them at another hotel. However, during our stay, we constantly passby the hotel to go through the gallery to reach the other side where the pavilion was. I would give praise to Mr Md Jahid, although we just passby the hotel only, he managed to recognize us, and constantly greet us with a smile. Even sometimes would have some casual talks with us despite knowing, we are not the hotel guest. Generally, all their staffs are full of smiles too. Definitely would try to plan another visit to the location and stay at this hotel when have the chance the next time round.

I have been travelling to Kuala Lumpur on business every couple of months for the past few years, and I almost always stay at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur. During these stays, two members of the breakfast team have consistently made my mornings special, and I would like to recognize their outstanding service. Tariqul at the juice counter is exceptional. He remembers that I enjoy a freshly made green juice, even though it isn't part of the regular breakfast selection. Every time he sees me, he prepares it automatically without me having to ask. He also never fails to greet me warmly and reminds me to take care of myself. His thoughtfulness, consistency, and genuine care go far beyond excellent customer service. I would also like to commend Nilufa, who always welcomes me back with such warmth that it feels like coming home. As someone who travels frequently for work, being away from home can be tiring. Tariqul and Nilufa have made each business trip much more enjoyable through their kindness, attentiveness, and personal touch. They are wonderful ambassadors of The Ritz-Carlton's legendary service, and I am truly grateful for everything they do.

The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur is an exceptional experience by all standards. The location is superb, just steps away from Pavilion Mall and within walking distance of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the service is outstanding from the moment you arrive until checkout. The staff are professional and anticipate your needs before you even ask. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur was absolutely amazing! My family loved everything—from the beautiful room and swimming pool to the excellent service. It was easily the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. What stood out most, though, was the staff. Masum B. went above and beyond to make my wife and me feel welcome. One evening, we couldn’t figure out the coffee machine, and he personally came to show us how it worked. He even took a few minutes to chat with us, which made the experience feel genuinely personal. Excellent hotel, excellent service, and an outstanding staff. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time choosing The Ritz-Carlton for a special occasion, and once again, it did not disappoint.This visit was to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The last time we stayed here was for my birthday, and I still remember how exceptional the service and overall experience were. Because of that wonderful memory, we decided to return.Prior to our arrival, I had only requested a small birthday cake for my husband. To our surprise, the hotel went far beyond our expectations. When we entered the room, we found beautiful balloon decorations, adorable towel art, a thoughtful birthday card, a delicious chocolate cake, and rose petals elegantly arranged around the room.We were both genuinely touched and grateful for the effort and care put in by the team. These thoughtful details made the celebration even more memorable, and we took plenty of photos to cherish the wonderful memories created during our stay.The hotel is also very well located in the heart of the city. A connected bridge from Level 1 provides easy access to Bukit Bintang within just a few minutes’ walk. Having stayed at several nearby hotels before, I can confidently say that The Ritz-Carlton remains our preferred choice. The location is convenient, the service is outstanding, and the room cleanliness is consistently excellent.Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special and memorable. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We will definitely be back again for our next celebration.

Our family had a fantastic stay in the 3 Bedroom Suite at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully presented and provided more than enough room for everyone to relax in comfort. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the exceptional service and attention to detail by the team. Every member of staff was warm, friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Their genuine hospitality made our stay all the more memorable. Reception, porters and the cleaning staff were so welcoming and polite. The gym and spa was another highlight. It was well equipped, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout the day, with fresh towels and chilled water constantly replenished. The small touches that made a real difference. We also used the kids club (runs 3-4pm) for our kids (2 and 6 years old) and they loved the activities. As a Marriott Gold Elite member, I was already grateful for the complimentary 2pm late checkout, but the Duty Manager went a step further and kindly extended it until 3:00 pm to accommodate our late flight. This thoughtful gesture exceeded my expectations and perfectly reflected the hotel’s commitment to outstanding guest service. I would highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur to anyone visiting the city. From the exceptional staff and excellent facilities to the outstanding location , it was a wonderful experience. My family absolutely loved the hotel and we look forward to returning.

Arjun made our buffet breakfast experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His friendly, attentive, and professional service was outstanding, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our meal without ever being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble for Arjun, and his genuine care for guests really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who is so passionate about delivering excellent customer service. He is a real credit to the team, and thanks to him, our breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. We look forward to returning and hope to see Arjun again. Highly recommended!

After few consecutive birthday celebrations at Lobby Lounge @Ritz Carlton Hotel Kuala Lumpur , this is my first time to share my review. I reckon that is time for me to pen down my experiences for savoury and sweet indulgences derived from the afternoon tea . Being big fans , my children and I love the delish scones that go well with strawberry jam and clotted cream . The attentive and excellent services rendered by the waitresses and waiters were so amazing . The reason why I choose Ritz Carlton Lobby lounge for my birthday on 31 August ( Malaysia Merdeka Day) is not only about the afternoon tea , it is about that I always feel home. Not to forget , I have to applaud the Manager Ms Sally Cheah for her top notch attentive , excellent, personal and warm friendly services ! She deserved to be appreciated and acknowledged. Once again thank you so much for Ms Sally Cheah to arrange with her co workers to bring out the afternoon tea set serenading the birthday song to me. I was dumbstruck with overwhelming joy . Made me big day with magic sparkles of smiles and rainbow of joy♥️🎂🎉🎊🥳
