Really liked this hotel! The staff were lovely - especially the woman serving cocktails on the terrace. Amazing location. Room was a good size with a really nice bathroom. The room temperature was good too. The sauna area is lovely but it is naked only. One thing that we loved was there were free washing machines and dryers and they even gave us a washing pod to use. This was so useful after lots of sweaty walking!

This is a really good hotel. Clean and tidy and the breakfast is amazing! Really amazing. Best I've ever had! The hotel felt quiet and the rooms were too. We got the long stayer rooms since the apartment we booked was double booked and it was a bit odd that there were just one pot for the stove and nothing else. Other than that everyhing was great.

We had a very enjoyable stay at STAGE 12. We felt very well taken care of by the friendly staff. The room we had had a great view, the mountains on both sides and the beautiful inner city. Although other rooms were not available I think it was worth the price. During our stay there was a heat wave in Innsbruck, but the aircon kept the room nice and cool. The bathroom was spacious, clean and modern. The hotel is modern and stylishly designed. There is a saferoom where I was able to store my bike and luggage on the last day. There is a washing machine and dryer available for guest. They are free to use. Very welcome after spending some time hiking with dirty clothes. Lastly, the breakfast was great. 25 euros per person is a bit steep but if you go out to the city you will likely not get a better deal.

Conveniently located in the city center, easy access to bus, tram, and funicular services. Delicious and versatile breakfast options with fresh fruits. Comes with complementary gym and sauna rooms, and also welcome card that entitles you to take buses for free. Highly recommended!

The good: The rooms are nice with a great shower and very clean. The location is great. The bad: There was no hot water one morning, and the staff didn't really care. Then when I checked out and tried to store my luggage, the available lockers either did not work or had dead batteries.

Top notch price quality ratio. Brand new facilities in the center of the city with spacious, quite and comfortable rooms. The service was somewhat slow but it could have been that we were also in need of it during rush hours. In my opinion, one of the best hotels to enjoy a very comfortable stay right in the center of the city.

Superb Hotel right in the centre of Innsbruck. Just spent a 5 day break with my teenage daughter and very happy with this hotel. The location is perfect in a quiet location just of the main central area. Corner room was spacious, clean and had a great shower and comfy bed. Staff were really friendly and helpful as the breakfast was varied and good quality. 100% would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again when visiting Innsbruck. Special thanks to the staff!

Great room and breakfast, friendly staff. Did not try the wellness area. The AC was off (wintertime) and there was no way to regulate the central heating for the room. NOT so cool when the room is too warm and the temperature outside is -8°. After some discussion hotel management reacted and we had a well-temperatured last night.
