I have to agree with all the other guests before me, who praise the clean and well equipped rooms. The only thing I would complain about, is the smell of smoke, but that is not really a big deal, especially not when you consider the price and what you get for. The fact that you get a free breakfast, a whirlpool, countless care products and a welcome drink for only 4000¥ makes it feel like robbery. Both staff members I encountered were very friendly and eager to help, whenever I needed anything. Unfortunately it's a little bit far from the bus station, but I still recommend it 100%.
