I wasn't expecting this hotel to be as spectacular as it was. I'm in the travel business, so I see a lot of hotels, and I don't often stay at a place where I'm so thoroughly impressed from top to bottom. From the moment we walked in, the staff took care of us and made us feel welcome. They had everything ready for us when we got there and we breezed through check-in effortlessly. When we got to our room, we were blown away by one of the most tastefully and creatively decorated rooms I've ever seen. Little thoughtful touches made the room feel unique and individually styled by someone who actually knew what they were doing, unlike the cookie cutter decor you usually encounter in most hotels that make you feel more like you're in a fast-food restaurant than a hotel. The bathroom was nothing short of incredible, the sheets were divine, and all the little details were perfectly executed. I could go on and on about how amazing the pool and spa facilities were, how the breakfast was absolutely spectacular, and how much we enjoyed our stay there, but then I would start to sound like I was being paid to wrote this review is. The truth is, I hate writing reviews, and the only time I write them is if I'm that blown away by how bad or good something is, and I'm happy to say that this hotel is that good! This is going to be our new home away from home when we're in Berlin (which is often), and we can't wait to come back. Thanks to everyone at the Bristol for making our stay so lovely!

Great experience! The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was well organized. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh food, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city

An excellent hotel for both business and leisure stays. The rooms were modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and many attractions within walking distance. Breakfast offered a great variety and everything was fresh. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Berlin

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while! I arrived in Berlin earlier than expected ahead of a prearranged work trip and was fortunate enough to spend a few nights at the Bristol. I absolutely loved the décor, furnishings and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, and everything made for a really enjoyable stay. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer! Having since moved to my prearranged accommodation, which has been a real disappointment in comparison, I appreciate the Bristol even more. A fantastic experience overall, an easy 10/10, and somewhere I’ll definitely look forward to returning to!

Just returned today from a weeks stay and it was a beautiful hotel. Centrally located within walking distance to 2 Ubahn stations. We where on 5th floor with a view over the Kudamm. Beautiful decor, excellent facilities and the staff where fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend and would return.

We booked this through Easy Jet as a package and had room only. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The king room was a great size with a very comfortable bed and very clean throughout. The hotel is in a great location only a 10 minute walk to the train station. There’s great restaurants nearby and a supermarket back onto the main road. We would definitely stay again. Thanks team.

Arrived a little after 3 pm and the room was ready. Abhishek at the front desk was friendly and sharp. Given the heatwave earlier in the week, he made sure I got a room where the aircon was functioning. We were in Berlin for a community event so there were a lot of us staying at the hotel. They seemed to be very accommodating with the space and movement. Overall a very friendly and positive experience. The suite I stayed in was quite spacious and had two full bathrooms though didn’t have a dining table and room service never responded to my request for plates and forks. The elevator is slow and the hotel is quite large. Best to ask for a room close to the elevators. I saw some construction work was on-going but never heard anything disruptive.

Really enjoyed the stay here, hospitality was apparent from the minute I was greeted at check-in and throughout the stay. The room accommodation was better than expected, modern, clean and comfortable with working A/C. Breakfast was a nice spread with the ability to request made to order omelette. I would recommend staying for business or pleasure.
