"Great stay with excellent facilities!"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities and amenities were great and well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were also very helpful and polite. Giving it 4 stars because there is always room for a little improvement, but overall, I highly recommend it!

We had a very pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and the room size was perfectly adequate. One thing to note: in the family room with a connecting door, the second room does not have its own window. The service was excellent, the concierge team was very helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding. A special thanks to Food Manager Bun, who managed everything exceptionally well and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 and booked the Ruby Wing tower through Trip.com. While I didn’t get to try the main hotel facilities(as im too lazy to walk over haha), my overall experience was still very pleasant. The room at Ruby Wing was spacious, clean, and comfortable exactly what I needed. The toilet came with plenty of amenities, the air conditioning worked perfectly (lifesaver in Bangkok’s heat), and I even had a small balcony with a nice view. The location is also convenient just a 5 to 10-minute bike ride to Pratunam or Siam area. A special shoutout to Nong from the front desk. She was very nice and patient during check in, and when I requested a top-floor room with a single bed, she did her best to find one for me, thank you, Nong! I also appreciated the security at Ruby Wing, as you need to tap your card to enter or exit the tower. One small hiccup: during room service, they sometimes forgot to provide the toilet floor mat after cleaning. Just a small feedback for improvement. Just a heads-up for future guests: the minibar items are chargeable, so please check the items before checking in and notify housekeeping or the front desk if anything is missing. That said, the bellboy and front desk staff (especially Nong) made my stay a good one. I will definitely return to stay at this hotel if I am ever going to Bangkok again. Would recommend for a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

Solitaire Bangkok was a really enjoyable stay and the location is definitely one of its biggest advantages. It is situated in a very prime part of Bangkok, making it convenient to get around and explore the city. After spending time at the islands, it was a great place to base ourselves while experiencing Bangkok. But the absolute highlight for me was the VIEW from the room! It was honestly wonderful. Waking up and looking out at the Bangkok skyline was such a lovely experience, and the room view really elevated our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the overall property had a pleasant atmosphere. That said, there are two areas where I feel the hotel could improve significantly — the food and the swimming pool. The food was quite average and, considering the overall quality of the property, I expected much more from the dining experience. Similarly, the swimming pool felt more like an amenity that was there for the sake of having one rather than something you would actually want to spend time enjoying. It wasn't particularly impressive. However, the location really makes up for a lot. Being in such a convenient and prime area of Bangkok made exploring the city much easier, and the room view was genuinely memorable. Overall, I would say Solitaire is a good option if location, comfortable rooms and city views are your priorities. Just don't expect the food or pool to be the highlights of your stay. For us, the view and location were definitely the winners!

We had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff were super nice. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and a great vibe about the whole hotel atmosphere. A special thanks to “Chaliaw” at the front entry for his extra level of great customer service and care.

The images online look way better. The Hotel is old and smelly. Rooms have mold, its way to pricey for what you get. I changed to the Hotel nect door „Nysa“ almost same price and 10x better super clean modern and fresh. Solitaire might be good 10-15 years ago but now for the price absolutely not worth it. Sorry

One of my favourite hotels at the moment—especially for a city stay!❤️🌸🌺 and not the riverside. I've now stayed here twice and both experiences have been excellent which says it all. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of Soi / Sukhumvit 13 / Soi 11, one of Bangkok's most popular areas for dining, entertainment, and nightlife. It's ideal for all kinds of travellers—whether you're looking for peace and relaxation or fun and companionship. The area comes alive after sunset, while during the day it's full of cafés, restaurants, and plenty of activity. The Grand Jacuzzi suite was spacious , clean and comfortable, with an open balcony and a private jacuzzi—Walkin shower - perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The hotel also offers a lovely swimming pool, a small gym, and an in-house Indian restaurant another at ground floor with full bar with open sitting area, making the stay even more convenient.The sky lounge was terrific with open sitting area on the 16 floor with friendly and helpful staff. Another great advantage is its proximity to Bumrungrad hospital just a 5-minute taxi ride away. Having stayed here twice already, I can confidently say it's a hotel I would happily return to again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Bangkok. 💕😘🫶🏻💚🌺🥳

Unfortunately, this stay completely changed my opinion of the hotel and will be my last visit. During my stay, the Sky Club restaurant was fully reserved for a private anniversary event, and hotel guests were denied access. I had specifically invited family members from another area to join me for dinner at the restaurant, only to be informed upon arrival that it was unavailable. What disappointed me most was not the event itself, but the fact that paying hotel guests were deprived of a facility included as part of their stay, without any prior notice or suitable alternative. I was left in an embarrassing situation in front of my guests and had no choice but to take them to a restaurant outside the hotel. I find it unacceptable that a hotel would prioritize a private event at the expense of its own guests. This reflects poor planning and a lack of consideration for customer experience. For a property that promotes high hospitality standards, this was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Had I been informed in advance, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a guest and has unfortunately resulted in my decision not to return
