Situated directly along the Chao Phraya River, the hotel is accessible within approximately one hour by car from Suvarnabhumi Airport via the expressway, though traffic can experience congestion near the property due to surrounding intersections. The hotel interior is modern, spacious, and welcoming. Liu at the front desk professionally recognized my gold status to provide an upgrade while patiently combining my reservations. She also expertly resolved a complex billing inquiry with complete accuracy. Thank you to the Guest Service team, especially Oil/Magic and Jutamas, for consistently providing prompt and excellent assistance with all my requests and inquiries via WhatsApp. My room offered pleasant river views, and housekeeping demonstrated exceptional attentiveness; although we did not require daily service, they consistently left courteous notes inquiring about our preferences. The bathroom felt somewhat confined, though this was a minor architectural detail and not a significant issue. The bell desk provided helpful assistance with luggage scales and introduced the hotel's exclusive private boat service, which transports in-house guests to the nearby station for faster transit, a refined touch of luxury. The fitness center is notably well-appointed, featuring expansive views, a Smith machine, targeted muscle training equipment, an indoor running track, and a boxing area. The refreshing outdoor pool offered a cool respite from the Bangkok heat with river views, complemented by both wet and dry sauna facilities. One security consideration is that the fourth floor remains publicly accessible, raising minor questions regarding access control between guests and visitors. Dinner at Flow restaurant for the seafood buffet featured fresh ingredients and a diverse selection, with the Thai food stations being a particular highlight. Drinks at the rooftop bar were great considered as a compliment from my husband as his bartending profession. Overall, my stay at Millennium Hilton Bangkok was exceptional, and I look forward to returning.

I arrived at the hotel with my wife, driving my own car, the bell and concierge team immediately assisted me with my luggages and ushered me to the front desk, which I eventually ended up having a priority check in at the executive lounge. We had a handful of delicious snacks and drinks, which also comes with the good service from the lounge staff. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. Had a panoramic view of the river from our room, view was really nice especially at night. Hotel was near to iconsiam as well, which meets our shopping needs.The stay was near perfect, with the exception of the smoke issue that lingered in our room, due to other guests were smoking in their room and the smoke somehow spread to our room via the central air conditioning system. The hotel stay was quick to send their staff to help us clear the smell.Breakfast was great at Level 1 on our 2nd day, but breakfast was even better at the lounge on our last day, given that we had a good river view and more quiet inside the lounge.While waiting to check out in the lounge , the bell team staff came to our room to help us with our luggages and shopping bags, from the room and all the way to our car, as well as helping us to load our stuffs into the car. Appreciated the help of the bell team staff (Name: Lome) for his positive and polite attitude, as well as all the lovely staffs at executivelounge and front desk.

Had an amazing stay! The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. I stayed in one of the Executive Rooms, which was comfortable and well worth it. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service at the Executive Lounge was outstanding. The pool was fantastic, and every member of the staff was well-trained, friendly, and genuinely kind, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also ordered room service and were pleasantly surprised by the staff’s attentiveness to detail. Every aspect of the service was thoughtful and exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Ms. Winx for her warm hospitality, attentiveness, and excellent service at the Executive Lounge. The hotel’s location is also very convenient—just a 5–10 minute walk to ICONSIAM. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Exceptional Spa Experience at Eforea Spa, Millennium Hilton Bangkok Today, my wife and I enjoyed one of the best massage experiences at the Eforea Spa at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok. Film, the front desk hostess, along with therapists Nana and Da, provided outstanding service and demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout our visit. Nana and Da carefully focused on the areas we identified as needing attention while also recognizing and addressing other areas of tension that we hadn't noticed ourselves. Their attentiveness, expertise, and personalized approach made the experience truly relaxing and rejuvenating. Film's warm welcome and excellent hospitality helped make the entire spa experience seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend Eforea Spa to anyone looking for a top-quality massage and wellness experience in Bangkok. We enjoyed and appreciated the experience so much that we booked another appointment before checking out of the Spa.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Millennium Bangkok for five nights. The hotel is in a great location, rooms & public areas are clean and well maintained, and all of the staff we dealt with were friendly & welcoming. A special mention goes to Flow restaurant, where we had a great dinner. Annjee Pukpik looked after us brilliantly - she was friendly, attentive & very knowledgeable about the menu. Her excellent service made our evening feel special. We chose to sit outside overlooking the river (Annjee gave us some mosquito spray!). Overall, we had a great stay & would recommend the hotel. The perfect start to our Thailand adventure.

Exceptional First Thai Massage at eforea Spa! ​I recently visited the eforea Spa at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok and had my very first Thai massage with Amma. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, creating a tranquil and luxurious atmosphere the moment you walk in, and the level of service from the staff is excellent. ​Amma was incredible. Since it was my first time getting a Thai massage, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease right away. She was accommodating, incredibly strong, and highly skilled at targeting and working through my specific trouble areas. ​I left feeling completely refreshed. I highly recommend visiting the eforea Spa and requesting Amma. She is a true professional!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful service. Front desk and executive lounge members were very helpful and arranged/fixed any issues we had. Our first room was beautiful, but we noticed a wet spot on the room of the bathroom, called it in and they sent someone to fix it right away. It needed more work so next day they moved us to an even nicer suite room with a view. Breakfast was delicious and had so many options. Afternoon tea and evening reception in executive lounge were both delicious. The sauna and steam room felt great and the pool was very nice, we also walked around the bars on the roof and thought everything looked fantastic. Lots of shopping close by and easy walk.

Stayed here last month and had a lovely time. The location is great next to Icon Siam, and the iconic chao praya river it really gives Bangkok holiday vibes. The breakfast was fabulous it has everything and a very nice GF section. The executive lounge had very helpful friendly staff and delicious tom yum snacks! The most memorable to me was Khun Green who assisted me with airport transfer which included a few stops before reaching the airport and he was super helpful in conveying the info to the driver and ensuring all the location details. The connectivity with the boat to the BTS station is amazing!
