Bed was very comfy and hotel gave me a free upgrade with bathtub, very spacious room with direct view of the pool downstairs. Like that it’s very convenient with free tuktuk service to Terminal 21 Asok or Asok station! Could also walk down to SW1 night market too and right next to an amazing Thai massage shop called Thai Thai Massage. Would definitely wanna come here and stay again the next time in BKK!

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Bangkok and were genuinely impressed by the level of service we received. A very special mention to Bombay at the front desk, who assisted us during check-in. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. As an Accor Gold member, I truly felt the recognition and special treatment that comes with the membership. Bombay demonstrated what excellent customer service should be—warm, professional, attentive, and sincere. She definitely made a great first impression and set the tone for our entire stay. I would also like to recognize Kitt and Adison, who were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. What impressed me even more was seeing that their excellent service wasn’t only extended to us. We observed how consistently helpful, courteous, and attentive they were with other guests as well. That says a lot about their commitment to great hospitality. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and had a luxurious feel. The furnishings and amenities felt premium, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day exploring Bangkok. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Great facilities are important, but it’s really the people who make a hotel stay memorable, and Bombay, Kitt, and Adison certainly did that for us. Thank you, Mercure team, for making our Bangkok stay extra special. We would happily stay here again! ❤️🇹🇭

The service here is excellent across all areas; the staff truly go above and beyond. The dining was a major highlight—breakfast offered a great selection, and both lunch and dinner at the restaurant were absolutely exceptional. Our room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. We opted for Lounge access, which was well worth it. The lounge remains open until 8:00 PM, featuring a fantastic happy hour from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a great selection of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and delicious canapés. Excellent coffee and tea facilities were also available throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, spacious rooms, and a prime location!

He is incredibly helpful; his communication skills, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are simply flawless. The hotel is located near BTS Nana, in the bustling and lively Western Quarter; however, I booked a room on a high floor, so it was very quiet. My family's room was a deluxe room with a bathtub. The room was spacious enough for my whole family and very comfortable. The hotel has a free tuk-tuk to BTS Nana and Terminal 21 from 7 am to 7 pm; booking a Grab was also very convenient and quick. I would like to thank the staff, especially the receptionists, housekeeping staff, Adison, Top, and all the other staff whose names I didn't get to know. After 10 years away from Thailand, they made my family's trip impressive and unforgettable. The children also loved the hotel's swimming pool. Next time I return, I would still choose Mercure Bangkok Hotel Sukhumvit 11.

Our stay at Mercure hotel was exceptional. What stood out most to my family and I was the welcoming staff who strived to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From the first encounter with the concierge to the housekeeping who was sure to make sure we had everything we needed, each of the staff members at the hotel were friendly and diligent. The hotel amenities were well thought through. The pool deck was very comfortable and clean. Both restaurants that are in the property were excellent. Although we did not utilize the kid zone on this trip, it is nice to have a space to bring our children on days that we are staying on the property (our kids tended to prefer the pool over the kid zone, so we did not use it much.) Inside the rooms were very clean. We had a room with a bunkbed which was perfect for our family. It was nice to have 2 tv's in our room, which was more than we needed, but nice for when I needed to work at the desk and the kids could watch the other tv that was not directly above the desk. The bathrooms were huge, and having both a tub and a shower was great for when we all got back from the pool and had multiple people who needed to wash off. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and should we travel back to Thailand, we will look for this hotel specifically for our stay.

Taew kept our room spotless and always had a cheerful greeting. Adison & Top were our go to for information and assistance with transport
