I cannot recommend the Ambassador Hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—friendly, efficient, and genuinely warm.The hotel itself strikes that perfect balance between vintage character and modern amenities. The lobby is stunning, and our room was spotless, spacious, and surprisingly quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep.The location is ideal, close to great restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. We also loved the complimentary coffee in the morning and the cozy bar area for an evening drink.

Excellent stay at Ambassador Hotel. I had a wonderful experience at Aira Hotel. Stayed there for 6 days in August. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service for Nut, Fon and all was excellent, and helpful staff throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, right in Sukhumvit 11 & 13 close to restaurants, nightlife, Terminal 21 shopping, street market. and public transport. Overall, a great hotel with excellent rooms, service, and location. I highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Ambassador Hotel Bangkok, and I was really impressed by how spacious and grand the hotel is. The hotel has great facilities, including a fitness center and a swimming pool. The gym is also fully equipped with everything you need for a good workout. I had a great check-in experience with Wasabi, Tony and kiwi. He was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

"Fantastic Experience in the Heart of Bangkok!" I had a wonderful stay at Ambassador Hotel Bangkok. The location is unbeatable—located right on Sukhumvit Road, close to BTS Nana station, shopping malls, and excellent dining options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of variety. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! Will definitely return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful stay at Ambassador Hotel Bangkok. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping malls, delicious local food, and right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to get around. A special thanks to Wasabi at the reception for the warm welcome. He was incredibly kind, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely love to stay here again!

I had a pleasant stay at the Ambassador Hotel Bangkok. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shopping. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the room was well decorated. It also featured a TV larger than what you typically find in most hotels. All appliances were in proper working condition, and the management consistently provided essential toiletries such as body wash, soap, shampoo, towels, and cotton swabs, with regular replenishment throughout the stay. Though it would've been even better if there had been a handheld shower head in the bathroom. Honestly, the Wi-Fi was kind of dissapointing. But nonetheless I did enjoy my stay here.

I have just entered into the Ambassador Hotel at the Sukhumvit area, banglok. The staffs are great in behaviour and the reception environment is extremely good. The guest assistant manager Ms Kiwi is so wonderful and friendly, even she helped us in early check in into our room. It saved our time and we felt good overall.
